India at the WorldSkills Competition
The WorldSkills Competition is the world contest in vocational skills, held every two years by WorldSkills International, in which national teams compete skill by skill against international standards. At its 48th edition in Shanghai, which ended on 27 September 2026, India placed 10th with six silver medals and 20 Medals for Excellence, climbing from 13th at Lyon 2024.
