India's Department of Fisheries hosted Seychelles' Minister of Fisheries, Agriculture and Blue Economy, Wallace Cosgrow, on 25 August 2026: the two sides mapped work on mariculture, tuna, data systems and marine conservation, agreed to build an annual work plan, and Seychelles asked for a dedicated fisheries and aquaculture MoU.
