OBC Classification and OBC Certificates in West Bengal
A division bench of the Calcutta High Court has cancelled every OBC-A and OBC-B certificate granted under the classification rules that West Bengal's earlier Trinamool Congress government brought in, ruling that the State no longer has such a category and that the people holding those certificates now count as general category.
