Qdenga — India's First Dengue Vaccine
India cleared its first dengue vaccine on 21 July 2026 when the drug regulator CDSCO granted marketing authorisation to Qdenga, a live, attenuated tetravalent shot made by Takeda of Germany and cleared for people aged 4 to 60.
