How to raise a grievance
If you have a concern about your personal data, content on the Service, or anything covered by our Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, contact our Grievance Officer:

Please include the email address of your CA-Wiki account, a description of the issue, and any relevant links or screenshots.
Response timelines
- Acknowledgement: we acknowledge grievances within 48 hours of receipt.
- Resolution (current law): under the Information Technology (SPDI) Rules, 2011, grievances are resolved within one month of receipt.
- Resolution (from 14 May 2027): under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, grievances will be addressed within 90 days, or any shorter period the rules prescribe.
Escalation
If you are not satisfied with our response once the DPDP Act is in force for us, you may escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India after exhausting this grievance process. Until then, remedies under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and consumer-protection law remain available to you.
