Colombo Security Conclave
The Colombo Security Conclave (CSC) is an Indian Ocean security grouping in which the national security advisers of India, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Mauritius and Bangladesh coordinate on shared threats, supported by a secretariat in Colombo. It is in the news because India hosted the grouping's ninth Deputy NSA-level meeting online on 30 September 2026, which took stock of the 2025-26 cooperation roadmap.
