A suicide car bombing at Delhi's Red Fort killed 11 people in November 2025, and a panel of UN experts reporting to the Security Council has now named Al-Qaida in the Indian Subcontinent as the group behind it - reversing the same panel's own earlier reading, which had pointed to Jaish-e-Mohammed.
