PM-SETU - Industry-Led ITI Upgradation
PM-SETU is the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship's ₹60,000 crore scheme, launched on 4 October 2025, to rebuild 1,000 government Industrial Training Institutes in industry-run hub-and-spoke clusters and to upgrade five national trainer institutes. On 16 October 2026 the scheme's 6th National Steering Committee cleared five more clusters - two each in Maharashtra and Jammu and Kashmir, one in Odisha - with plans worth ₹1,194.92 crore, lifting total approvals to ₹3,687 crore.
