Startup India - DPIIT's Ecosystem Push
On 8 August 2026 the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade signed five agreements in one go - with the Council for Startup India, Cars24, Vultr India, Darwin Dynamics and Cashfree Payments - to give DPIIT-recognised startups cheaper cloud and payment rails, mentoring, investment readiness and a push into Tier II, Tier III and rural markets. No outlay or target was announced with them.
