BHAVYA — Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojna — is the Centre's ₹33,660 crore bet on ready-to-occupy factory land. Cleared by the Union Cabinet in March 2026, the scheme will build 100 world-class, plug-and-play industrial parks between 2026-27 and 2031-32, with states providing land and the Centre paying up to ₹1 crore an acre for the infrastructure. Run by DPIIT with NICDC as the implementing agency, it stretches the industrial-smart-city model of the national corridor programme to every state and Union Territory, letting a manufacturer move from intent to production without the usual wait for land, utilities and clearances. The first 50 parks will be picked through a challenge-based contest.
